I am a Professor of Management at the Royal Military College of Canada and a Research Fellow at Queen’s University’s Centre for International and Defence Policy.

I investigate command teams, co-leadership across sectors, organizational silos and integration, civilian–military relations inside defence institutions, military professional development and the management of military and healthcare systems.

I conduct—and have conducted—applied research, training, and advisory work for the Canadian Defence Academy; Canadian Armed Forces’ Chief, Professional Conduct and Culture; the Canadian Forces Health Services; healthcare authorities in Quebec; and the CAF’s Communications and Electronics Branch.
